One thing to keep in mind about 4Q sales/revenue with respect to dilution: Sales from Fibronics will be combined with MRV sales for the quarter. Since Fibronics had sales of $35M in 1995, I don't believe that $30M in sales would be impossible for the quarter. However, since Fibronics net income was $79K for fiscal 1995, I can only hope that expenses are drastically reduced and the incorporation of the MegaSwitch in Fibronics product line will further boost its revenue/margins. How this will affect primary/fully diluted earnings remains a concern. Incidentally, during the conference call, there was mention of an alliance between MRV and UB Networks(at least I believe that UB was mentioned). Did Noam and the CFO explain how this alliance would benefit the companies(technology, marketing schemes, etc.)? Thanks for any info provided. Regards, RP
