Just got off the phone with Melissa Berkowitz, IR at CXI. The Army has not PUBLICLY announced, but will later today at dialogue.pmacwa.org . According to her, Startech jumped the gun with their announcement and CXI will play by the rules. Although she would not/could not comment on whether CXI got an award, she said that nothing has changed, CXI is extremely confident and to look for a CXI release after the official Army announcement. IMO, if Startech knows, so does CXI. Confidence in her voice - hang in there all. Steve
