Eric,

Almost forgot that someone stated that there was more more shares to be sold and yes an audit would tell how many. Maybe this is why there is not an audit at this time. Only speculation on my part but I don't think we'll see anything until the outstanding shares reach the limit, whatever that is. Considering I bought some at .10, I hope it will stop soon.
