If Jan Fines prediction doesn't come through with Frank updating the Presidents Message, we won't see a rally, we'll see a sell-off. The only reason we went up yesterday was because of the "provisional" listing rumor that Jan predicted. He also said that the Presidents Message would be updated yesterday. Didn't happen! So, the disheartening continues and we'll probably see sell-off until something in Jan's message occurs. David D.
