Not to sound like a total idiot and admitting that my DD is more like dd with respect to BANY, can someone please clarify the concerns about this letter from Yost? Is it the fact there appears to be shorting? Cert holders selling?(2.4MM are certed, 1+MM on SI, isn't this consistent with the tracking on SI) Patriot delay? Obviously the shorting is there, how else to explain buying with resultant price declines. Cert holders always seem to sell. What's the problem with not wanting to use too many shares to finalize Patriot? Perhaps I'm naive but I don't see the big problem here. If concerned, private message me. TG
