How many shares outstanding? Was there a 504 done recently? How about a convertable preffered? If it's a new stock, what % is held by insiders, and the % that is not held by them, who owns them and how did they get their stock ? The company thanks you all greatly for the financing, and the 504 investors thank you for the great return they just received.
