Good Morning Dan, 1. Have you read The Zone by Dr.Barry Sears or Protein Power, it sounds like they would be of interest to you. The restricted use of carbohydrates works very well in certain metabolic types. If you have a fast metabolism like me, it is very dangerous. I tried it for a week and 3 days and lost 13 lbs - way too fast. However, I do believe in the 40/30/30 ratio! 2. China - has extremely great opportunities - us Canadians have already begun to sell this great market - particularily with cellular, telephone and energy stocks. If you are interested I can list some of the players. To give you a "scarey" example of market potential - one cellular company here marketed to one city in China with a 7 million market potential!!! 3. Our separatisit government in Quebec is on a trade mission to sell 1.3 billion in hydro to the Chinese right now. 4. There are 3 US business men (don't know the name saw it on CBC) - which are billionaires developing golf - courses there - with huge homes surrounding the greens - they give the government cash up-front and presell almost all the homes. Outside of India, China has one of the fastest growing middle-classes in the world... That's all for now. C
