PartyTime, before a merger were finalized would not there have to be a Board meeting and resolution approving the same, and shareholders' vote? In my opinion, the requirement of such a vote and approval process may help to explain the rich conversion rights of the 1mm preferred shares of NetVest, into 50mm common, i.e. this is a large block of potential voting shares to ensure control and merger, if desired.
