Anybody looking at ZD-Ziff-Davis? May be a play here with the internet mania. They do have great name recognition and great sales(approx. $1 Billion I believe). They run comdex and pc magazines. They have a large debt however but certainly have internet presence with ZDNET and the top 2-3 computer mags I believe. Any thoughts?
