I was in the shark tank on AOL, this is where I heard the rumor, the company is not being investigated, it is the trading activity that is being reviewed. Just like they did ALDM, yesterday, on a float of 650,000 shares, the company declaring a stock dividend on record shareholders of May 1st and the price drops from .50 to a penny (.01) on positive news and a merger. I not trying to trash the stock, I own it and was trying to buy another 130k shares today at .075, then raised it to .095.

I have been here before with penny stocks, where the market makers raise the price knowing that there is pent up interest in the stock.

Think about it, they have limited inventory, supply and demand. Eco 101 and 102. Drive the price up get people in and resell the same shares over and over again (as people bail out from inflated price and new buyers swear they are getting a bargain as their order is filled at the limit price they placed based on a prior inflated ask price at the open) and make tons of money on the bid and ask gap. Remember "one mans junk is another mans gold".

I love seeing investors make profits. But something is very wrong here.
