There's a new issue out, it just started trading today, symbol is UPPI.
Company is called World Wide Wireless.

Opened today at $1.50, is now 1 5/8ths it looks very good, according to the company it is wireless large data downloads for the internet.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1998--Upland Properties, I (NASDAQ:UPPI -
news) The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Douglas P. Haffer as President and CEO as of April
17, 1998.

Mr. Haffer is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and has 25 years of Business Law practice, specializing in the High
Tech and Telecommunications field.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with World Wide Wireless, Inc.
(''WWW''), of Costa Mesa, CA to acquire all of the assets of WWW. WWW is comprised of two divisions; the
Internet Division and the Micronet Division.

The Internet Division is involved in pioneering Wireless Cable high-speed access to the Internet. This new technology
allows for the rapid downloading of large data-intensive, graphic, video and audio files. The Company has constructed
its first transmitter on Mt. Diablo in San Francisco's East Bay area and will launch subscriber service to Contra Costa
and Alameda counties during the summer of 1998.

The Micronet Division is the exclusive licensee for patent rights of a new generation of microprocessor chip and is
developing the ''next generation'' of wireless phone technology which allow hand-sets to act as transceivers or relays
thereby reducing the reliance on establishing a massive network of repeater transmission towers.
