Wednesday April 29, 10:43 am Eastern Time RESEARCH ALERT- Command Systems lowered NEW YORK, April 29 (Reuters) - Research firms Cowen & Co, and Volpe Brown Whelan both lowered their ratings on Command Systems Inc.'s stock to neutral from a buy. -- Volpe Brown said earnings expectations were reduced. -- First quarter 1998 earnings slightly better than Volpe Brown's estimates, ''however, a number of issues surfaced regarding the company's earnings outlook''. -- These issues ''negatively affect'' the company's earnings expectations, Volpe said. -- No further details were immediately available from Cowen & Co. about its rating
