Misc. Points on some of the above questions:

-Robert Friedland has a very checkered reputation in Canada, but has had a recent huge success: the huge Voisey Bay nickel find in Labrador that his company, Diamondfields, discovered and later sold to Inco for about $3 billion!

-My understanding is that the Royal houses generally are significantly less expensive than standard construction - depending on where and what - anywhere from 10-25% less.

-I've seen the sheds at Home Depot. Very nice! They are worlds better than the old style thin metal ones. At the HD near me, they showcase these sheds right near the entrance door.
