Latency is a factor but it is once again a case of no alternative. If you have never made a call, then? Also, in areas of poor connections, poor service, bad lines, etc. a person could put up with a delay for a reliable connection at a decent price. G* plans to add this service through the same service providers that provide the LEO service. It would not be difficult.
