Using:
a range of from 500 to 100,000 meteors per hour
500 satellites at an average orbit of 200 miles
earth's radius of 3950 miles
average satellite area of 400 square feet

I come up with an hourly probability of one of the 500 satellites being hit of from 1/2,400,000 to 1/510,000,000. This would have to be multiplied by the number of hours of exposure. IMO this is a very low probability.
