The more I read, I see how touchy of a subject this is. However my personal opinion is that of Brad's. If the "Lurkers" are registered users, and they don't post, then those persons should be on the outside. We are the posters who are adding the content that the "Lurkers" want to read. So if they want to be part of the SI family, then they should be Interactive.

After all THIS IS is an Interactive Medium. If Silicon Investor does not want to grand father the people who do not want to post, that is Silicon Investors Business Decision.
