Well, I assume your are reporting on what employees have told you from the all employee off-site quarterly meeting that was held for the East Coast on Tuesday. The same meeting is being repeated on Thursday for the West Coast employees.

To clarify, House did comment that from a "glass is half-full" perspective that the share price provides a buying opportunity and that he had "significantly" added to his personal position recently. As you state, when the filing becomes available, we'll find out exactly what this means.

Also, in regards to shopping the company. House stated that he is not doing this, but that his goal is to build substance and shareholder value. As for actually selling the company, House made it clear that it's not his decision, it's the shareholders decision to sell or not if an offer were made. House and the BOD cannot prevent an acquisition from occuring. And as already stated, he is not shopping the company around to potential buyers.
