Do you think the low institutional ones are doing well because the institutions are out and getting back in. In other words, is it the beginning of an institutional buying cycle? Look to sell when institutional percentages max out and look to buy when institutional percentages bottom out. 007 PS Party, if oil goes to 18 as the major execs think, UTI, PTEN and PKD are going to soar IMHO. UTI is very busy with gas, but oil prices move the share price.
