Fujitsu Limited was recognized as the top supplier of GTE Corp. for the 1997 business year. The company received GTE's "Supplier of the Year" award. FNC develops and manufactures fiber-optic network and broadband switching equipment. "GTE gratefully acknowledges Fujitsu's performance in 1997, as well as all those who succeeded in providing us with materials and resources of outstanding value," said Larry Henry, vice president and general manager of GTE Supply.
