I respond: Because if CUBE slips to the low 20's I risk my margin debt. It already happened once. Initially I had 750 shares and had to sell almost half when CUBE corrected last time. I sold at 29 (it was that or produce another chunk of money which I didn't have). I like CUBE for the long term; but, I am taking a larger risk with the margin debt. That is the only reason my purchase price makes a difference. When I owe more on margin then CUBE is worth...my stockbroker gets antsy.
