Kevin this is not a flame. Why does mgmnt need a deal with 3com?? IMHO This is actual good news. If you or I can go to store and buy an ADSL modem. We determine the speed of ADSL deployment. The telcos do not want handle the CPE of the network. Why would they?? IMHO I believe that the unseen value in WSTL is the integration of WSTL's ADSL solution into Lucent's SLC 5ESS switches. And the flexibility of WSTL solution to overlap exsisting network protocals Bill c., Dr. Tech, Hal correct me if I am wrong But the way I see it is Bellsouth has a TON of these switches and the most cost effect solution WSTL/LU????????
