To all.....Spoke with RNTK management today. Very pleasant discussion, upbeat. The negotiations with TX are proceeding, no prediction of conclusion was either discussed or asked for by me. That said, the following is true from my understanding of things. RNTK has informed the world that they're in negotiations with TX. That can be interpreted as material information affecting the stock. If for any reason those negotiations were terminated, RNTK would immediately have to inform the world of that material fact. So, put 2 and 2 together.........the negotiations are continuing. So as long as we don't hear anything.......my recommendation is to relax.

We discussed the fact that RNTK is uniquely positioned in the GTL arena in that they're at the forefront from an environmental standpoint...........working coke gas and refinery bottoms. There's a limit to the amount of power that refineries can sell back to utilities at a profit........so using F-T to produce high-value products with the surplus refinery "wastes" is going to become more important. RNTK has the F-T GTL processes to fill that need.

Regarding the new BoD personnel. They weren't plucked from the blue or produced by some search service. The new members are proven individuals that are well known to RNTK management, having worked together in the past. Very solid additions.

Best wishes to all,
H.W.
