Just to clarify, IAIC is not near its IPO price. This is not a new co.; it has been around since before 1990 and two years ago its price was at a split adjusted value of less than 2! Regarding bottom, like the top this is only determined in retrospect. I would think all "bad" news, or rather lack of good news was factored into the price today and it has hit bottom. Again, I await announcements of SIGNIFICANT contracts.
