Gil, Who are you anyway? When people question your association with Ameritrade, you never reply. When people complain about the service provided by Ameritrade, you always show up to defend them. Yes, you are just the lucky one. What is your motive to post here? To calm us down or to inform us how great Ameritrade is? Yes, they may improved today but they did make us angry and sorry for a LONG LONG time. I know everybody have right to post the opinion here, but I have to say I am sick of your post. I don't know who else was informed about the upgrade of the system today? How did they inform you?
