Dear Earl, Thanks for the info. and quick response. I use a technical analysis program , (Omnitrader) and a end of day data from Reuters . They threw in a metastock downloader that only works on Reuters ,because I paid in advance for a year. I use this and a little common sense for cos. breaking out of a downtrend or in a real strong uptrend . I am finding out that fundamentals don't really matter . If there's good news out on the stock. So I look for momentum also. I try to keep my stocks I track to a minimum . That way if there's some good news out on some stock and I can get in before all the daytraders hit it. I can make a little profit. I went with the Reuters data feed because of error correction and automatic adjusting for splits which was taking alot of my time w/ Dial Data.
Best of Luck in your Trading,
richard
