O.H.i still see a lot of value buys amongst the small caps and mid caps, the IPO frenzy and the internet wildness I personally don't see
as a result of their being no value elsewhere, but as an opportunistic
exploitation of a the psychological moment, and I think there is a lot of smart money that will pull the trigger and bail at some moment and
then start bringing there cash to the long neglected small and mid
caps. And I also believe as long as money has a place to go,the 40%
correction will not happen--I personally feel safe for roughly the
next year except for OCTOBER dread dread OCTOBER,and I am planning to
have" my anything goes " portfolio all cash by mid-september.
My only fear regards DHI is another wild reaction if Greenspan announces a 1/4
point increase, but I am betting that by then enough sharp investors
will realize it will not slow down companies like DHI and LEN.
All that I express here is HOT AIR ONLY.max90
BTW,as I click my way around the internet,I have extreme doubt
that it will ever be a big revenue success. It remains a clumsy method
of shopping, and I think only a relatively small percentage of the
internet population shall commit themselves to shopping via e-commerce,in otherwords,I think the concept sell that drives these
stocks are in the longterm doomed--people rather go to malls, etc.
