Your comparison with Microsoft is, of course, ridiculous. We aren't talking about computer operating systems here (and note on the corporate side it took a long time for NT to really gain acceptance and still hasn't fully gained the trust of many). We're talking about secret codes and stuff like that, and impressing the people at Visa and Nationsbank with your discretion and professionalism.

At least Bill Gates was smart enough to properly acquire the rights to QDOS when he started Microsoft on its path to supercompany status. Diversinet is too inept even to cleanly purchase the technology that it's using.

Of course I don't know. Maybe Eigeles is lying. We'll see what the court says I guess...but it sounds bad to me, trying to get Eigeles employees to use DVNTF business cards, flying the Eigeles people to Florida and then cutting Eigeles loose after they were done with him...if even some of this stuff is true it's going to get messy.
