Zeev, I wasn't thinking in legal terms so much as in practical terms--what would I be willing to trade away in order to secure a portion of the cash flow. As I said previously, I'm speculating on the conservative side here regarding the "cost" of converting debt to capital. I've no actual knowledge of this contract and don't expect to ever find out, since it has always been GRNO's intention to keep contract details as trade secrets. And, of course, the effect of royalties would be reduced anyway, since paying royalties on the portion of sales attributable to the minority interest has about as much consequence as taking money out of your left pocket and putting it in your right pocket. =+=+=Norm
