Dilution? I think not. $500 million total. Loral uses 210 million to purchase $70 G* shares at $50, and resells half to Soros for an eight dollar per share gain. We now own 4% more of G* which will add to earnings. That is far from dilutive. I would expect the same level of intelligent investment with the excess $325 million. I expect absolutely no dilution.
