I think it more accurate to say they're going to put on a "dog poop and pony poop" show.

If the stock hits $5, I'll sell everything and short as many shares as I can get a hold of.

The day after the shareholder's meeting, the company will declare bankruptcy as no one will authorize further dilution at this point.

Of course, Harper and Marinaro hold very little stock, so they have absolutely no say in the vote.
