CWP is the whole company. CWP has had a good run up and I believe it needed to just have a little profit taking before we see a run up in price. I still believe (hope) CWP will merge sometime this year. This company could play such an important part (in earnings growth) for one of the US Bell companies. Now British Telecom is talking to CWP. It would be nice to have more than one bidder. Ken
