Okay ALL -- Here is my basic memo to Les, I will, of course, be adding the date, address, greeting etc. But this is the body. What I am now working on is the "Issues and Specific Questions" ... hoping that you all will still provide me with some more of your thoughts in this area so I can help out if possible.

MEMO ==>

Dear Les,

I have been an ADOT holder since September 1997, and currently hold 22,000 shares. To say that I am interested in ADOT's technology and what it brings to the marketplace is an understatement. Ditto regarding Biomoda. I am ecstatic with my small ownership position, and I am seriously considering multiplying my small position significantly at present.

Why am I writing to you?
Les, I am a VP of Finance for a good-sized Craft company in southern Massachusetts. In my due diligence work on ADOT, I have read all I can get my hands on (the press releases and what not from your site, as well as many other sources of information). I am still left wanting for more "basic" information about ADOT, and I have a strange yearning to always "kibitz once with the guy in charge". Additionally, I am in rather close contact with over 20 friends who also hold a position in ADOT (some larger than I, some smaller) and I would like to discuss with them some of the "public domain" knowledge and understanding that I might gain in a short 10-20 minute conversation with yourself. By no means am I looking for information that would be considered "insider" or "proprietary" or the like. I concern myself with just being able to get a "birds eye" understanding of the company, the issues it faces, the backlog/sales information, and the financials.

I would like to give you a call at my cost, and at your convenience, to discuss some of the areas that I am interested in. I have attached a list of these areas, as well as some specific questions relating to such so that I do not catch you completely off-guard -- which is obviously not my intention. Please either write, e-mail, or have someone call me with a date and time that works for you, or what I will try and do is give you a call on Tuesday May 12, 1998 @ around 2:30 your time.

I am also heading out to that area of the country in late June this year for a special baseball trip with my two sons (ages 12 and 10), and would love to visit and tour the facility. How would I go about getting an appointment for a quick 10-minute tour? I have heard so much about the technology, but obviously would not get but this one chance to see it in person (until a BB comes to my area in CT).

Thank you in advance for your willingness to take the time to talk to yet another investor who is in love with your technology!
