Craig, I appreciate your due diligence on the future of Osicom. That being said... Do you know when the last private placement for Osicom occurred? I think that there really hasn't been one for months, right? Basically, it seems like the bloodlettng is over. Osicom seems to have enough money now to carry on its business without using the private placements. Obviously, if things don't go as planned they will need to raise cash somehow, but I will probably sell my stock again before that time. Basically, Do you have any info of anything shady that happened last quarter. I'm assuming that nothing did. Grant
