Gregory: 1) True, we have no court date 2) I really don't know how long the judge will take, could be tomorrow (the last day of rosen), could be a year. I would guess it will be back to 5/8 unless there is more news, rumor or hype. I would guess it will take 30 days to get back down. However, these are merely guesses on my part, I don't have data to back them up. Good luck.
