SW, I would not read to much into WCII & ARTT underperformong ICIX and ICGX today as these stocks have been beaten up pretty badly and where due for a bounce. ICIX was way oversold before earnings today. The stock opened 3 points lower and in the blink of an eye was 3 points higher. IMO, Winstar will take the rest of ARTT. I believe they will ultimately have to pay more than the current price. Taking 15% at current market serves to reduce the overall cost when averaged out. I bought some ARTT calls yesterday. I am relatively confident this is all part of something bigger. Regards, KP
