These "guys" are normal part of business. A run on a stock like this will bring people in to short-- and $5 is a common target. (Not real creative...)
They are nothing more than shorting stock-- and maybe in with the MM. Why with the MM's?-- I watched the action the last 1/2 hour and a trade would go through in the mid 4's and the b/a WOULD DROP. The MM's short (Illegally, I might add) and then need shares to cover.
The same thing happens in DGIV.
Notice the run 3 days before they came? With BB's you can short because of the 3 day settlement difference. Sell and you have three days to cover. MM's can string that out for a while with multiples.
Anyway, they are here to HURT US, not just asking questions.
Remember, you too shorty, that PNLK has done no promotion yet. With the launch we will be back over 5...
BTW, this talk of "offshore, 504's, etc.." is probably not true. But, if it is-- THEN THEY ARE WITH THE MM'S. They would know. I always keep copies of some of these posts because of my college buddy at the SEC...
As for us moving this stock? I see prices move DIRECTLY related to SI posts. It happened in GNNX today, btw. |
