Willy B. and all,

What's another six months? I know this sounds like sour
grapes, but this stock seems to always hold great promise
for tomorrow. My mother used to say, "Tomorrow never comes."
Hope that's not right in this case.

If this has been posted already, I apologize. Insider sell
2-26-98. VPRES l3,417 shares at 15.62 (gleaned from
InsiderTrader.Com) I sure hope we don't see a rash of these
announcements. Still long and with you guys until we are all
either filthy rich or flat broke.
