Wishing Upon A Star....

If you look at CVIA 's profile under Yahoo! Finance, you will see that our book value is .03. Of course this is outdated info...I think. But just think if we traded about 20x our book value (several stocks I know!). That would put us at .90 Wouldn't that be nice!! IMO!

Now let me do a few calculations for you, based on if we keep the CVIA symbol, but are actually WOTD.

Lets say WOTD + aquired company has Revenues of $3.5 million with 20% being profitable. With current outstanding shares= 100 million (I think that is the figure) That means:

$700,000 in earnings
$700,000 divided by 100 million shares = .007/eps

That gives us current P/E of 2
If Industry Multiple is say 25
Then, 25 x .007/eps = .175 <----Fair Price after Earnings IMO

Then, figure in Daytraders, etc. And we have a price in the .25-.35 range if you ask me.

These figures could be wrong...GOOD CHANCE!! So check me if you want and tell me where I screwed up!! I need to be informed along with the rest of us.

Regards and Happy Investing,

MATT

P.S. DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU!!!
