Michael, VB, I like the reference to the Accountant, this is from the original TULIPS. I have a question for you, remember the off shore convertibles that zitl floated? Well is a comparison to the off shore debt that amzn is now floating in order ? The terms of the amzn offering are not available and their conference presentation at HQ today was not at all helpful I was told. Your opinion? Something is starting to smell.
