Hi all, re: no re-action actually I was glad there was no re-action. Usually when a company is the acquirer, their stock price drops, whereas the company being acquired stock price goes up. In this instance the acquired company is private though. so in retrospect the price not going down is a good thing. bottom line ... earnings will grow Growth causes the stock price to appreciate. Next Q earnings will cause this stock to rally nicely. remember though, there will be a 1.5 ml. write off, but this should not affect the eps. 3 months down the road, patience will preside. New people here... did you buy for a quick day trade? And get stuck? consider yourself lucky...at least this company has a plan and a future. long, Sue
