Folks, let me tell you that I am in no way connected to DGIV, except that I am a Shareholder like most if not all that read this thread.
What I have done in relationship to DGIV, is to find out as much information as I could and then try and put the information in a form that most people who read this thread could understand.
Mr.D., has iterated to me, that he too, is only a shareholder, albiet (he has more capital so he can own more shares) and we simply are here to let the mm's know, that we mean to own this stock and we don't want our stock to be manipulated unjustly.
We don't like short sellers although, they are a necessary part of this game. What we are attempting to do is simply show that there trully is strength in #'s and that the "collective" is stronger than a few individuals whom, would wish to cause us harm.
I think that by showing our totals and by letting the street know that we will not be hoodwinked into selling, what we know to be a valuble asset=(our shares) cheaply.
We simply want the stock price to appreciate according to normal valuations...
We really can't put a handle on exactly what those #'s are except to know that the growth curve for IP-Telephony and it's uses is exponential...
So how could we possibly arrive at a valuation based on current info... No easy task to say the least...
I would suspect that, dwlima, would have an extremely difficult time assesing a value without some hard #'s and I would further suggest that a valuation at this stage is pre-mature @ best.
Rocketman, like myself along with, Mr.D, macker, MARKC and all of us shareholders all should agree, that we need to temper our enthusiasm and be PATIENT.
I am confident(not in a cocky way), that we will all be handsomely rewarded for our patience with this ever changing/evolving technology company know as Digitcom.
I have no idea when the "next news release" will be. However, I am confident that more news, will definitely follow whether it is this week, next week or in the coming months.
As I see it, there are only two reasons to ever sell this stock...
#1) there is an emergency and one has to have the money to fulfill some unforseen financial obligation...
#2) Fundamentally, something changes drastically negative with the company and it's ability to exercise it's plans...
The latter, I can't forsee being a problem @ present but, things do change and it will be at that time and only that time when I would see a reason to change my current investment policy.
I was able to snare more shares myself today @ 6 5/8's.
When FTEL was still $4.00, I cashed out {Bought DGIV @ avg 0.991} as I saw that they were not going anywhere{FTEL}, after having been invested in them for 2-yrs which, shows how long I can hold an Investment.
I believe in DGIV, and what the future holds for them as a company on the cutting edge of telecommunications.
I want to again, thank all those who support us and believe as I believe, DGIV, can make a change in our financial position.
Furthermore, I know from personal experience that I have been unfairly treated in this market by the machinations of the mm's a time or two and for once WE have a chance to let them know how serious we can be rather, than let them continually dictate policy.
All that having been said, I trully am not in control, it is God, by what ever name you may want to call him, who is really in control.
