Hi Jim, I don't know a definate answer to that, but it was my impression that they went belly up. That is why Prime is looking at picking up their assets for penny's on the dollar. By the way this thing has been trading the last two weeks I would venture a guess that it is a done deal!!! Prime has earned my new respect the way they have doggedly refused to die and just quietly gone about their business. Should be big news regarding Cafe USA within the next couple of weeks - stay tuned. Regards Grant
