Takeover Rumors

Well, Trimble may have to acquire a small company to build its system integration business. Knowing Trimble, it will be company in the $10-20 M range. They do not take any risks bigger than that.

MDSI (MVSI?) of Canada does a lot of integration business, but may be too big for Trimble to want to acquire. Another candidate - Fieldworks (Public) - makes software and rugged hand-helds too. In aviation, Pelorus Navigation for the airport ground navigation aids market (Perhaps Honeywell would want that.).
