Let me assure you that regulatory licensing and civil actions are not in any way connected. If that was the case then none of the various manufacturers could get licensed.

I do believe that it is important for the parties to a contract to abide by its terms and conditions and would naturally take steps to protect those interests as needed. Nor would I countenance a third party tortuously interfering with said contract.

The Texas Lottery Commission adopted some amendments to the regulations pertaining to electronic bingo this past Saturday. The rules will now allow us to implement a route system here in Texas, so that we can begin providing equipment to the smaller halls. There were also some technical changes that provided some assistance and will assist us in the future.
