Changing the name of a company is a non-trivial exercise, financially. Most organizations would assess these costs and take them as a one-time charge, rather than allow them to lift the expense run-rate in ongoing quarters.

On past evidence, I'd say this is exactly what will be done here. The only missing piece of information is how much it is going to be.

p.s. If this was a "known future cost" before last quarter end, maybe the provisions have already been made. Wouldn't that be interesting?
