Overall, no one was right or wrong here.

NSCP did go down, just like Reginald thought it would.

NSCP did go up, just like Bill thought it would.

Eventually, if you wait long enough, you will be right.

Of course, I was right the whole time;) Shorted NSCP on the way down, went long in the low-mid 40s a few weeks ago! You can pat me on the back, please!
