Dale,
At first the report looks terrible but there are some good things in there like R&D expenses up 20.5%, general and admin expenses down by 43.4%. Obviously the $2 million in rebates plus the $4.4 million provision for product returns hurt the bottom line. Still this is a well known company with excellent products and I believe it's a great buy at present prices and will reward long term holders in my opinion.
