Theo, thanks first of all. Well I know BUT - I also know that this parameter is only being applied after January 1998. So either this means they were filed incorrectly - perhaps they might have to buy it back (the shares) or just correct the filings. I'm checking on something else here either. Got an idea <!> regarding MEGH some sort of "speculation" call it a motive.. regards CROSSY
