Answers to your questions:

1)Venture capital sources and oil companies money sources were non-existent because the fuel was not as developed and tested back in 1993 and 1994, Therefore considered risky by those players at that time.

2)I have no insider information on the content of those news releases. There is an absolute fortress looming over Pure Energy Corp. to prevent news leaks. IN THE 10-4-96 CALL DID'NT YOU NOTICE LOU KNIC'S ANSWERS WERE ALL VERY CAREFULLY STATED WITH SEVERAL PAUSES? THEY ARE BEING VERY CAREFUL. Right now we can all only guess and speculate, given the information we know, on what will be released.

3) He stated that we will "take the fuel to market" by year's end(1997). Now, I know from talks with several engineers familiar with that project that construction time for each $60M plant will be 6-8 months) so my guess that the IPO should be sometime during the 1st Quarter of 1997. Just my guess though.

4)The stock is languishing because A)it has no institutional following andB) Pure Energy has not begun tell the story to Wall Street, given the sensitive nature of the deals they are currently undergoing(WHY GO TO WALL STREET WITH ONLY HALF THE PURE ENERGY STORY?)C) Wall street is buying large cap stocks now and small caps are going through their own bear market.

Its frustrating the stock has not moved higher since with the core business growing to over $100M in sales volume and $1.00 in EPS in FY97, the stock on core should be valued at $20-25, add Pure Energy and that price could be considerably higher.

WALL STREET DOES NOT LET THESE STOCKS GO UNNOTICED FOR LONG THOUGH. Keep that in mind.

Good Luck.
Juan
