For both co-lead underwriters to drop rating from buy to neutral is pretty serious stuff. The CC did not sound bad to me either. And on a going-forward basis w/o preferred stock dividend EPS would have made the .06 estimate. But Cowen and Volpe are good firms who know what they are doing and may have access to privileged info not revealed on CC. The question is what do they know? SC
